Epilogue

I returned to Bethells Beach a few days later to have a closer look at
the site of filming and take some close-up photographs for future
reference. On my arrival, I found the beach virtually deserted but was
astonished to see a naked sunbather there... and guess where she'd
chosen as her preferred spot? Exactly where Renaissance Pictures had
been six days previously! This immediately dashed my plans, as I
thought if I began charging around up in the dunes taking pictures in
these circumstances, I would probably end up spending the night in a
police cell! So I strolled down towards the southern end of the beach and spent a very pleasant afternoon sitting up on the peninsula watching the sun go down. By the early evening, I was alone on the beach and on the way back was able to look around the filming location as much as I wanted. The results are on this page |
